About the Role
We are looking for a Senior BDE / BDM who can independently manage the complete business development cycle from lead generation to deal closure. This role requires strong exposure to IT services, client communication, proposal management, and revenue growth strategies, particularly in mobile app development, web development, and emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities in IT services
Generate leads through platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, email marketing, and outbound sales
Manage end-to-end sales cycle including requirement understanding, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure
Build and maintain strong relationships with international and domestic clients
Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure accurate project estimation and scope clarity
Maintain CRM, sales pipelines, and regular reporting on leads, conversions, and revenue
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Represent the company in client meetings, calls, and business discussions
Required Skills and Experience
4 to 5 years of experience as a Business Development Executive or Manager in IT services
Strong experience in selling mobile app development, web application development, and software services
Proven expertise with LinkedIn lead generation, Upwork bidding, email marketing, and proposal writing
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into business proposals
Experience working with international clients (US, UK, Europe, Middle East)
Good to Have
Experience in selling Flutter, React Native, Android, iOS, React.js, Node.js, or AI-based solutions
Knowledge of CRM tools and sales automation platforms
Team handling or mentoring junior BDEs
Experience working in an IT agency or software services company
