Mantrum Eula
Legal agreement outlining the terms, rights, and conditions for using the Mantrum app and its services.
This Agreement is concluded between you and Dajiraj Infotech only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple") or Google LLC ("Google"). Dajiraj Infotech, not Apple or Google, is solely responsible for the App and its content.
This Agreement does not provide for usage rules that conflict with Apple Media Services Terms or Google Play Terms of Service.
2. Scope of License
We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, in accordance with platform usage rules.
You may not:
• Distribute, sell, lease, rent, lend, or sublicense the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works
• Remove or alter proprietary notices
3. Subscriptions
The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions ("Mantrum Pro"):
• Weekly — $0.99
• Monthly — $2.99
• Yearly — $19.99
Prices may vary by region and taxes.
A subscription unlocks premium features including (but not limited to):
• Ad-free experience
• Premium content and features
• Enhanced user experience
3.1 Auto Renewal
• Payment is charged at purchase confirmation
• Subscription renews automatically unless disabled at least 24 hours before renewal
• Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the current period ends
3.2 Managing and Cancelling
You can manage or cancel subscriptions anytime:
• iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Mantrum
• Android: Google Play → Payments → Subscriptions → Mantrum
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing cycle.
3.3 Free Trials and Refunds
• Free trials, if offered, are forfeited upon purchase
• Refunds must be requested via Apple or Google
• We do not process platform-based refunds directly
4. Maintenance and Support
Dajiraj Infotech is responsible for support and maintenance.

5. Warranty
To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
If the App fails to meet applicable warranty standards, Apple or Google may issue refunds per their policies.
6. Product Claims
Dajiraj Infotech is responsible for handling all claims related to:
• Product liability
• Legal compliance
• Consumer protection matters
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in the App belong to Dajiraj Infotech.
We are solely responsible for resolving any third-party intellectual property claims.
8. Legal Compliance
You confirm that:
• You are not in a restricted or embargoed country
• You are not on any prohibited or sanctioned list

10. Third Party Terms

13. Termination
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated.
We may terminate access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete all copies.
14. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India.
15. Changes to this Agreement
We may update this Agreement periodically.
Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance.
