Introduction

Welcome to WalkBuzz. These Terms of Service, also called Terms of Use, govern your access to and use of the WalkBuzz mobile application, website, services, features, content, coins, rewards, challenges, leaderboards, notifications, and related offerings.

WalkBuzz is operated by DAJIRAJ INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED.

By downloading, accessing, registering for, or using WalkBuzz, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use WalkBuzz.

Eligibility

You may use WalkBuzz only if you are legally allowed to enter into these Terms under the laws applicable to you.

If you are under the age required by law to use digital services independently, you may use WalkBuzz only with consent and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

By using WalkBuzz, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that your use of WalkBuzz complies with applicable laws.

Account Registration

WalkBuzz may require you to create an account using Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, or another supported method.

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the security of your account
Using accurate account information
Keeping your device secure
Not sharing unauthorized access
Not allowing others to misuse your account
Promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access

WalkBuzz may maintain one active app session per user. If you log in on a new device, prior sessions may be logged out or invalidated.

Account Ownership and Responsibility

Your WalkBuzz account is personal to you. You may not sell, rent, transfer, assign, sublicense, share, or commercially exploit your account, coins, rewards, redemptions, challenge entries, or app benefits.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account, whether authorized by you or not, unless caused by WalkBuzz’s own proven fault.

WalkBuzz Service Description

WalkBuzz helps users build walking habits by allowing them to track steps, complete walking goals, earn in-app coins, view progress, participate in activities, and redeem eligible rewards where available.

Features may include:

Daily walking goals
Coins
Daily check-ins
Streaks
Levels
Challenges
Leaderboards
Rewards
Redemptions
App banners
Notifications
Advertisements
Referral programs
Premium or Pro features
Community or social features

Some features may be released gradually, disabled, changed, paused, restricted, or removed at any time.

Step Tracking and Activity Data

WalkBuzz may use step data from supported sources, including:

WalkBuzz native tracker
Android Health Connect
Apple HealthKit
Supported smartwatches or external step sources
Other approved sources that may be supported later

Step tracking depends on device support, user permissions, operating system limitations, third-party platform availability, sensor accuracy, and user settings.

WalkBuzz does not guarantee that step counts, walking activity, calorie estimates, distance, or related information will always be accurate, complete, real-time, or available.

No Medical Advice

WalkBuzz is a fitness and wellness motivation app. It is not a medical device, medical service, healthcare provider, doctor, dietician, fitness trainer, or emergency service.

WalkBuzz does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or professional health recommendations.

You are responsible for deciding whether walking or any activity is safe for you. Consult a qualified medical professional before starting or changing physical activity, especially if you have health conditions, injuries, pregnancy, disability, or other concerns.

Stop activity and seek medical help if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, chest discomfort, weakness, or any concerning symptoms.

Safety During Walking

You are responsible for your own safety while walking or using WalkBuzz.

Do not use WalkBuzz in a way that distracts you from traffic, roads, vehicles, unsafe areas, weather conditions, public safety, personal safety, or your surroundings.

WalkBuzz is not responsible for injuries, accidents, losses, or damages arising from your physical activity, walking environment, device use, distraction, or unsafe behavior.

Coins

WalkBuzz may allow users to earn in-app coins.

Coins are promotional, virtual, app-based reward points only.

Coins are not money, cash, currency, legal tender, securities, stored value, e-money, cryptocurrency, financial instruments, bank balance, deposit, or property.

Coins have no cash value unless WalkBuzz expressly states otherwise in writing.

Coins cannot be sold, transferred, assigned, exchanged outside WalkBuzz, inherited, pledged, traded, or redeemed except as allowed by WalkBuzz.

Coins may be subject to limits, expiry, eligibility requirements, fraud checks, system checks, and manual review.

Earning Coins

Coins may be awarded for activities such as:

Completing eligible walking goals
Daily check-ins
Streaks
Levels
Challenges
Promotions
Referral programs
Ad-related actions
Special campaigns
Admin adjustments
Other activities approved by WalkBuzz

Coin earning rules may depend on:

User account status
Step source eligibility
Daily limits
Device integrity
App version
Feature flags
Reward economy settings
Location or country availability
Fraud prevention checks
Manual review
Technical systems
Promotional terms
Availability of reward budget or partners

WalkBuzz may change coin earning rules at any time.

WalkBuzz Final Rights Over Coins

WalkBuzz has final and sole discretion over all coin-related decisions.

WalkBuzz may decide, verify, delay, approve, reject, reverse, deduct, expire, freeze, cancel, or adjust coins at any time if we believe it is necessary due to:

Fraud
Abuse
Technical error
Duplicate crediting
Fake steps
Device manipulation
Emulator use
Automation
Bots
Multiple account abuse
Self-referral
Invalid step source
Invalid activity
Suspicious behavior
Violation of these Terms
Violation of reward rules
Partner or system issue
Incorrect calculation
Regulatory or legal concern
Business or operational reason
Any activity that WalkBuzz considers unfair, harmful, or inconsistent with the intended use of the app

WalkBuzz’s records and calculations will be final unless we decide otherwise.

Rewards

WalkBuzz may offer rewards, offers, coupons, digital benefits, vouchers, products, partner offers, promotions, or other redemption options.

Rewards may be limited, seasonal, location-specific, user-specific, platform-specific, quantity-limited, time-limited, or subject to partner availability.

Rewards are not guaranteed.

WalkBuzz may add, remove, modify, pause, reject, substitute, delay, cancel, or discontinue rewards at any time.

Reward images, descriptions, values, availability, and delivery timelines are provided for general information and may change.

Reward Redemption

To redeem a reward, you must satisfy all applicable conditions, including:

Having enough eligible confirmed coins
Having an active account
Complying with these Terms
Passing fraud and risk checks
Providing required information where applicable
Meeting country, platform, age, or eligibility restrictions
Using an eligible app version
Following the specific reward rules

Submitting a redemption request does not guarantee approval or delivery.

WalkBuzz may review redemption requests manually or automatically.

WalkBuzz Final Rights Over Rewards and Redemption

WalkBuzz has final and sole rights to decide:

Whether a reward is available
Whether a user is eligible
Whether coins may be used
Whether a redemption is approved
Whether a redemption is rejected
Whether a reward is delivered
Whether a reward is delayed
Whether a reward is substituted
Whether a reward is cancelled
Whether coins should be refunded, deducted, reversed, or forfeited
Whether reward abuse has occurred

WalkBuzz may reject, cancel, delay, or reverse any reward or redemption due to:

Fraud or suspected fraud
Reward stock unavailability
Partner issue
Incorrect reward listing
Pricing or coin error
Duplicate redemption
User ineligibility
Violation of Terms
Technical failure
Payment or fulfillment issue
Legal or regulatory issue
Abuse of the app
Business decision
Any other reason WalkBuzz considers valid

WalkBuzz’s decision regarding coins, rewards, redemption, and distribution is final.

Reward Delivery

Reward delivery timelines are estimates only.

Rewards may be delivered digitally, manually, through partners, through third-party providers, or through other methods.

WalkBuzz is not responsible for delays caused by third-party providers, merchants, payment processors, networks, app stores, couriers, or user-provided incorrect information.

If a reward partner fails to fulfill a reward, WalkBuzz may decide whether to provide an alternative, refund coins, cancel the redemption, or take no further action depending on the situation.

No Guarantee of Earnings or Rewards

WalkBuzz does not guarantee that you will earn coins, maintain streaks, win challenges, rank on leaderboards, qualify for rewards, receive rewards, or obtain any monetary or material benefit.

Walking activity, app usage, advertisements, referrals, challenges, and promotions do not guarantee reward eligibility.

Fraud, Abuse, and Fair Use

You agree not to cheat, manipulate, abuse, exploit, or misuse WalkBuzz.

Prohibited activities include:

Fake walking activity
Step manipulation
Device shaking with intent to cheat
GPS, sensor, device, or health data manipulation
Using emulators to earn coins
Using bots, scripts, automation, or macros
Using modified apps
Reverse engineering reward logic
Creating multiple accounts for abuse
Selling or transferring accounts
Self-referral or referral farming
Abusing promotions
Attempting unauthorized access
Tampering with app data
Interfering with app security
Submitting false support claims
Using another person’s device or account without permission
Attempting to exploit bugs or technical errors
Circumventing restrictions, feature flags, or eligibility rules
Any conduct WalkBuzz considers unfair, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or against the purpose of the app

WalkBuzz may investigate and take action against suspected abuse.

Enforcement Actions

If WalkBuzz believes you violated these Terms or abused the app, WalkBuzz may take one or more actions:

Limit app access
Disable features
Suspend your account
Terminate your account
Freeze coins
Deduct coins
Reverse coins
Reject rewards
Cancel redemptions
Remove leaderboard entries
Disqualify challenge participation
Block devices
Restrict step sources
Reject future participation
Report unlawful activity
Take legal action
Take any other action we consider appropriate

WalkBuzz may take action with or without prior notice where necessary.

Challenges and Leaderboards

WalkBuzz may offer challenges, leaderboards, rankings, competitions, or community activity.

Challenge and leaderboard results may be based on steps, coins, activity, time, eligibility, rules, and fraud checks.

WalkBuzz may adjust, remove, recalculate, cancel, or disqualify challenge results or leaderboard positions if we believe there is error, abuse, manipulation, or unfair activity.

WalkBuzz has final rights to determine challenge winners, rankings, rewards, and eligibility.

Referrals and Promotions

WalkBuzz may offer referral programs, promotional campaigns, bonus coins, limited-time offers, or special rewards.

Referral and promotion rules may vary by campaign, country, user type, platform, date, and availability.

WalkBuzz may modify, pause, cancel, reject, or reverse referral and promotional benefits at any time.

Self-referrals, fake accounts, repeated device abuse, duplicate accounts, or suspicious referral patterns may result in loss of coins, account restriction, or other enforcement action.

Advertisements

WalkBuzz may display advertisements or offer ad-related reward opportunities.

Advertisements may be provided by third-party ad networks or partners.

WalkBuzz does not control all third-party ads, landing pages, products, services, or claims.

Ad availability may vary by user, device, country, platform, advertiser, and inventory.

WalkBuzz may turn ads on or off at any time.

Ad viewing or ad interaction does not guarantee coin rewards unless WalkBuzz confirms eligibility.

Subscriptions, Premium, or Paid Features

WalkBuzz may offer premium, subscription, paid, or Pro features in the future.

Paid features may be subject to additional terms, app store rules, billing policies, renewal terms, cancellation policies, and refund rules.

Unless otherwise required by law, purchases made through app stores are handled by the relevant app store or payment provider.

App Availability and Maintenance

WalkBuzz may be unavailable at times due to:

Updates
Server downtime
Supabase issues
Firebase issues
Network issues
Third-party outages
App store issues
Technical problems
Security incidents
Government restrictions
Force majeure events
Unexpected failures

WalkBuzz may show scheduled maintenance screens, emergency fallback messages, app version update prompts, or service notices.

WalkBuzz does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, real-time, or always-available service.

App Updates

WalkBuzz may require you to update the app to continue using it.

Older app versions may stop working or may be blocked for security, compatibility, legal, product, fraud prevention, or technical reasons.

If a force update is required, you may not be able to continue using the app until you update.

User Content and Communications

If WalkBuzz allows you to submit content, reviews, messages, support requests, profile information, images, comments, or other content, you are responsible for what you submit.

You must not submit content that is:

Illegal
Misleading
Fraudulent
Abusive
Harassing
Defamatory
Hateful
Obscene
Sexually explicit
Violent
Spam
Infringing
Privacy-violating
Malware-related
Against WalkBuzz’s brand or community standards

WalkBuzz may remove or restrict content at its discretion.

Intellectual Property

WalkBuzz, including its name, logo, design, branding, software, features, text, graphics, animations, icons, rewards system, coin system, challenge system, and other content, is owned by or licensed to WalkBuzz.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, scrape, reproduce, or exploit WalkBuzz without written permission.

Using WalkBuzz does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the app or service.

License To Use WalkBuzz

Subject to these Terms, WalkBuzz grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, lawful, non-commercial purposes.

This license may be suspended or terminated if you violate these Terms or misuse the app.

Third-Party Services

WalkBuzz may use or link to third-party services, including:

Google
Apple
Supabase
Firebase
Health Connect
Apple HealthKit
Ad networks
Analytics providers
Crash reporting providers
Reward partners
Merchants
App stores
Payment or fulfillment providers

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. WalkBuzz is not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

Privacy

Your use of WalkBuzz is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Please review the WalkBuzz Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, share, and protect information.

Account Deletion and Termination

You may request account deletion through the app where available or by contacting WalkBuzz support.

If your account is deleted or terminated:

You may lose access to the app
Your coins may be cancelled
Your rewards may be cancelled
Your redemptions may be cancelled or retained only for compliance records
Your challenge history may be removed or retained as required
Your profile may be deleted or deactivated
Some records may be retained for legal, fraud prevention, audit, tax, accounting, security, or dispute resolution purposes

WalkBuzz may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violations, fraud, abuse, risk, legal reasons, or operational reasons.

Disclaimers

WalkBuzz is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WalkBuzz disclaims warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, non-infringement, reliability, or uninterrupted operation.

WalkBuzz does not warrant that:

The app will always be available
Step counts will always be accurate
Coins will always be credited
Rewards will always be available
Redemptions will always be approved
Third-party services will work correctly
Errors will be fixed immediately
The app will meet all user expectations

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WalkBuzz and its owners, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages.

This includes loss of profits, loss of data, loss of rewards, loss of coins, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill, personal injury from walking activity, device issues, third-party service failures, or app unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WalkBuzz’s total liability for any claim related to the app will be limited to the amount you paid directly to WalkBuzz for the specific service giving rise to the claim, or INR 1,000, whichever is lower, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WalkBuzz, DAJIRAJ INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED, and their directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, and service providers from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

Your use of WalkBuzz
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of law
Your fraud, abuse, or misconduct
Your submitted content
Your misuse of coins, rewards, referrals, challenges, or promotions
Your infringement of third-party rights
Your unsafe walking or physical activity
Your interaction with third-party services or merchants

Changes To WalkBuzz

WalkBuzz may modify, suspend, remove, limit, or discontinue any part of the app at any time.

This includes:

Coins
Reward rules
Reward catalogue
Challenge rules
Leaderboard rules
Referral rules
Advertisements
Premium features
Notifications
App banners
Supported step sources
Supported countries
Supported platforms
Earning limits
Redemption limits
Account features

WalkBuzz may do this with or without notice, subject to applicable law.

Changes To These Terms

WalkBuzz may update these Terms from time to time.

When we update the Terms, we may publish the updated version, change the effective date, notify users inside the app, or request acceptance where required.

Your continued use of WalkBuzz after changes means you accept the updated Terms, where permitted by law.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, unless applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.

Subject to applicable law, courts located in Gujarat, India will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to WalkBuzz, DAJIRAJ INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED, or these Terms.

Entire Agreement

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to apply.

Final WalkBuzz Rights

WalkBuzz reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

WalkBuzz has final rights over app access, coin calculation, coin adjustment, reward eligibility, reward distribution, redemption approval, redemption rejection, fraud review, challenge result, leaderboard result, feature availability, account enforcement, and interpretation of these Terms, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
